What does “Vaachak” mean?

“Vaachak” means a reader or a speaker — a voice. We see ourselves as the voice that carries the stories of India’s artisans and their handmade creations to your home.

Are all your products handmade?

Yes. Every product is handcrafted by skilled artisans across India. Because each piece is made by hand, small variations in colour, texture, and finish are natural and celebrate the authenticity of handmade work.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made in artisan clusters across India, including Odisha, West Bengal, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh, and other craft regions, depending on the craft form.

Do you ship across India?

Yes, we ship to almost all serviceable pin codes across India through trusted courier partners. You can check serviceability at checkout by entering your pin code.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping to many countries. International shipping charges, duties, and taxes (if any) are calculated based on the destination and shown before you complete your order.

How long does delivery take?

Domestic orders are usually delivered within 4–8 business days after dispatch. Some made-to-order or large items may take longer; the estimated timeline is shown on the product page.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is dispatched, we email and/or message you a tracking link and courier details so you can follow your shipment until it reaches you.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, UPI, net banking, and popular wallets through our secure payment gateway. Availability may vary by region.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

What if my product arrives damaged?

We pack every item carefully, but if your product arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

How do refunds work?

Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Handmade items have natural variations, and screen settings can affect how colours appear. These small differences are part of the charm of authentic handcrafted products.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Selected products and occasions offer gift packaging. Where available, you can choose the option at checkout or mention it in the order notes.

Can I order in bulk or for corporate gifting?

Yes. We welcome bulk, wholesale, and corporate gifting enquiries. Please contact us with your requirements and we will share a custom quote.

Do you take custom or personalised orders?

For many crafts we can arrange custom sizes, colours, or personalisation. Reach out with your idea and we will let you know feasibility and timelines.

Care varies by material. Each product page lists care guidance; in general, keep items away from direct moisture and harsh sunlight, and dust gently with a soft, dry cloth.
