If you wish to cancel your order, kindly do so by sending us an email on support@vaachak.in or calling us on +91-9860303052 within 8 hours of placing the order. Once orders have been dispatched, they cannot be cancelled/returned.

In case of cancellation of the order within the timeline, you will be charged 2% as payment gateway charges and the balance will be refunded to the original source in 7-10 working days or as per the Bank’s guidelines.

If you receive a faulty or damaged product, please send us an email with the required details, within 48 hours of the delivery. Please ensure that you take an unboxing video of the product and send it to us within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

We will issue an exchange with the same product or refund in case of product not available. Please ensure that the product is returned in its original condition, with price tags and invoice(s) intact.

Please ensure the product should be returned in unused condition.

Please allow 8-10 days from the day you return your package, for your exchange request to be fully processed and closed.
